Hello! And welcome to our beautiful blog!

Here we will be posting all kinds of book related things!

For this first post, I'm going to give you a bit of information about myself, and D will get to hers when she has time!

My name is Kaitlyn, aka K!

I'm 26, and an avid book reader. The very first chapter book I ever read was the Hobbit, and it started my love of fantasy! The main type of book I prefer to read tends to be Young Adult, but I try and give everything a chance. My favorite series I've ever read has to be Pendragon by D.J. MacHale. If you've never read it, I highly recommend it. I'd argue that it's better and more creative than Harry Potter, and that's high praise from me given how much I love Harry Potter! My close second for favorite series is Uglies by Scott Westerfeld. My favorite duology is definitely Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo, and my favorite stand alone novel is The Hate U Give by Angie Thomas.

I'm also a writer! I am currently working on my first novel, so we will see how that goes!
